With my work I want to support you in finding the exit out of a cycle that keeps you in repetitive painful experiences and patterns.
In the relationship with yourself, your body, your purpose or in connection with your intimate relationships, family and friends.

You have tried to change that, yet nothing changes profoundly or just very slowly and you feel frustrated and powerless?

I know this feeling too well and also needed help to overcome those ever repeating wound cycles.

I am Rafael, born in Berlin May 28, 1982, I come from a multicultural background with a German father and Thai mother. Growing up with 5 brothers I developed a deep curiosity and understanding for human connection and relationship dynamics.
​
With a passion for knowledge and helping others, I studied various therapies, naturopathy, osteopathy, cranio-sacral therapy and kinesiology. This, my personal healing path and my relationship experiences led me to create my own therapeutic approach by merging somatic trauma work with relationship therapy and polarity.
Through writing, teaching, coaching and my therapeutical work I empower individuals and couples to embody their true masculine and feminine selves and build healthily polarized relationships with themselves and others to make completely new experiences in all areas of their lives.
